Our company was founded in 2013 by a team of like-minded people. By this time, members of our team managed to work in various areas of business in senior positions. The main idea was that, having direct knowledge of the business, we will be able to effectively select investment projects, focusing not only on report figures, but also on a deep knowledge of internal business processes.

At the initial stage, we studied the markets and provided consulting services. This allowed us to get a detailed analysis of local markets and access to a huge database of projects.

By the beginning of 2018, we had a small capital of 1.5 million euros, which allowed us to enter the project for the construction of an apartment building in Ljubljana.

At the end of the project, despite the epidemic, we were able to double our capital.

In the process of working with contractors, we found out that there is a problem of choosing and replacing suppliers, but there are no tools for quick decision making. Manual processing is also not suitable. There are more than 2000 positions in the usual estimate of the object.

Together with partners, we created the Taxprice program , which allows you to make a decision and calculate the cost of shipping goods between any countries within a few minutes. The program is currently being finalized in partnership with Google.

Working with the program, we understand how logistics problems can affect the cost of materials.

When choosing the next project, we took into account the risk of increasing construction costs. Therefore, a project for the reconstruction of the building was chosen, which reduces the risks of an increase in the cost of construction by almost three times. Therefore, the building in Trieste was chosen as the next project.

Now, having a large portfolio of projects and the confidence of investors, we plan to significantly increase the size of projects.
